Overview

Once your email is verified, Proposal.biz walks you through a quick onboarding flow to get your workspace ready. This includes importing your brand directly from your website, choosing a billing plan, and inviting your team — all before you create your first document.

Step 1: Import Your Brand from Your Website

Proposal.biz automatically extracts everything it needs from your website so you don't have to set up your brand manually.

1. Enter your website URL in the field provided

2. Click Continue

3. Proposal.biz will scan your website and automatically extract:

   • Brand colours

   • Logo and favicon

   • Typography

   • Content such as your About Us, testimonials and more

💡 Pro Tip Make sure you enter your live website URL for the most accurate brand extraction. The more content your website has, the better Proposal.biz can personalize your documents from day one.

Step 2: Set Up Billing

1. Review the available plans

2. Select the plan that fits your needs

3. Enter your billing details and confirm

Step 3: Invite Team Members

Once billing is set up, you can invite your team to join your workspace.

1. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite

2. Click Send Invites

3. Your teammates will receive an email invitation to join your workspace
